Discounted Replacement

If your device is accidentally damaged or lost, you can pay a small fee for a brand-new or like-new replacement, so you can keep flying.

Factory Maintenance

Enjoy comprehensive maintenance that includes inspections, firmware updates, cleaning, and replacing worn parts like propellers and frames to ensure optimal performance.

Exclusive Repair Discounts

If your HOVERAir device or accessories are damaged under normal use or accidental circumstances during the validity period, you can enjoy exclusive discounts on repairs. Note that repair costs accumulate, and discounts cannot be used if they exceed the number of services.

Loaner Device

While your HOVERAir device is being repaired, you can rent a loaner device by paying a deposit, which is fully refundable upon return. This way, you won’t miss any flying time.

Replacement Express

When you send in a faulty device, we’ll immediately send you a replacement to minimize downtime.

When purchasing and using Care, please note the following rules (details please see: HOVERAir terms and conditions):

1. Each device may use the Care service only once and cannot be linked to multiple or consecutively bound multiple Care services. Additionally, only X1 devices activated within the last 30 calendar days can successfully bind and activate the Care service. You can use the Eligibility Check feature on the Care page (link) to verify your device’s eligibility in advance.

2. Please ensure your X1 device was purchased from an authorized retailer. If you bind and activate the Care service through any means without this, we reserve the right to refuse the associated coverage services. You can find our authorized channels through the "Where to Buy" link in the footer.

3. After purchasing Care, you may cancel your order for a refund at any time before binding and activation via the order confirmation page.

4. After purchasing Care, you will receive a unique code via the email used for the purchase. Please promptly bind and activate it through the HOVERCare page (link).
