This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”)applies to all products and services provided by Hoverair（“Hoverair”, “We” or “us”）, including the official website, Hover X1 App (the“App”), and Shopify store (collectively referred to as the "Products and Services"). By accessing the official website, downloading, installing or using the App, or purchasing products through the Shopify store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal information in accordance with this Policy.

 We will only collect and use your personal information for the purposes stated in this policy, and follow the principles of consistent rights and responsibilities, clear purposes, consent by choice, minimum necessity, ensuring security, subject participation, and openness and transparency, etc. We will not collect irrelevant information.

To complete account (“Hoverair Account”) creation and secure login, you may need to provide your phone number, email address, username, and password. You may optionally supplement information such as account avatar and location to enhance service experience; failure to provide such supplementary information will not affect the use of basic functions.

Some Products and Services support third-party account login. We will only obtain necessary identification information of your third-party account and bind it to your Hoverair account after obtaining your authorization, to realize the login function.

1. Shopping and transaction fulfillment: When purchasing Products through the Shopify store or official website, you need to provide your name, shipping address, phone number, payment-related information, etc., to complete order generation, delivery, and invoice issuance.
2. Function realization: When using relevant functions of the App, it may be necessary to collect device-related information, flight data, network status information, etc., to ensure the normal operation of functions; when publishing content through the App or official website, it may be necessary to obtain permissions such as photos, microphone, and location. You can revoke authorization at any time, which will only affect the use of corresponding functions. When using the Product, in accordance with regulatory requirements, we may send you guidance information regarding product registration, activation, etc. based on the relevant information you provide.
3. Service optimization and risk prevention: Collect information such as your operation records, consultation and communication records, and questionnaire feedback when using Products and Services, to improve service quality, optimize product functions, and prevent security risks. We may also retain your contact information (the mobile phone number, wechat ID, QQ number, email or other contact methods you use or voluntarily provide), your communication records and contents with us, as well as other necessary information, in order to provide and record customer service for you.
4. 3. Necessary to respond to sudden public health events or protect the life, health, and property safety of natural persons in emergency situations;

6. Necessary for maintaining the safe and stable operation of products and services, such as handling faults;

Our Products and Services are mainly targeted at adults. Minors need to obtain the explicit consent of their parents or guardians to use our Products and Services.
