The support has b not been really helpful in solving my issue and just told me to buy a new beacon without any sort of solution to fix it or replace parts.
Even if the product is basically new the product is segnaled as not under warranty
I understand but I think that a serious company should give an alternative solution to “buy a new beacon” for a customer that bought their device and need support
